That’s why Wavebirds crafts and delivers a new special, every month, inspired by everything from local seasonal ingredients to popular dishes from international chefs to whatever our hearts and minds can come up with.
A new menu each month means a lot of prep and limited supply, so we’re keeping our hours to weekends. We’re also a pop-up with no sit-down location, so we’re only open for delivery in Central Jersey (at least until the bird empire we’re building bawks its way to other areas).
